How much do I earn per referral?
Referral rewards are based on the number of active participants: $200 for agencies with 20 or fewer active participants, $400 for agencies with 21-100 active participants, and $750 for agencies with 100+ active participants. CareHandler clients earn even more ($250/$500/$1,000) paid as invoice credits. Payment is made once the agency completes their onboarding and we receive their invoice payment.
When will I receive my payment?
Payments are processed within 30 days after we receive the invoice payment from the referred agency. We send payments via direct deposit or check, based on your preference.
Is there a limit to how many agencies I can refer?
No! There is no limit to the number of agencies you can refer. Each successful referral earns you a reward based on the number of active participants that agency has.
What happens if the referred agency doesn't sign up?
If the referred agency doesn’t sign up or doesn’t complete their onboarding, you won’t receive a payment for that referral. However, you can continue to submit new referrals at any time.
How will I know the status of my referral?
We’ll send you email updates at key milestones: when we contact the agency, when they sign up, and when your payment is processed. You can also reach out to us anytime for an update on your referral status.
How do you determine the number of active participants?
We determine the number of active participants during the agency’s onboarding process. The reward tier is based on their active participant count when they complete setup and submit their first invoice payment.
